Hiiraan, (insidesomalia.org)-The situation of internal displaced people in Hiran region in central Somalia is deteriorating. 

These people have shifted from some sections of Baladweyn town the regional headquarters of Hiran region and have reached some other destinations within the region.

These people are facing tremendous hunger for they have nothing to feed, and are sleeping in the cold during the night they have no shelter.

These families are combined of elderly people, mothers and malnourished kids who could bear the raising tension in the town of Baladweyn.

These people are mainly in two location in the region and these are Bulabarde and Buqaqaba and they are also facing scarcity of water, because the wells in the areas where they have shifted to dried-up.

These are not the only problems they are facing in addition there are also some other diseases such scabies, and other relevant diseases.     

The domiciles of Buqaqaba are partially trying hard to assist these feeble Somalis, which are almost 1700 families in two different locations.   

People evacuating from their houses on Baladweyn town is still something in existing.

The main purpose as why these people are fleeing from their house is fear of battle between the Ethiopian troops and the insurgents, which they are mostly the victims.   

In recent days Baladweyn town was one of the points where the displaced people from Mogadishu poured into.
